Since all products are custom, Mariglow only accepts exchanges for faulty products. Although unlikely, if your product arrives damaged please email customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We will work with you to get a new product to you.
LED neon signs
All signs come with a dimmer remote, power adapter, 6.5 ft extended transparent cable and installation accessories.
LED neon is a safe, energy efficient & durable alternative to traditional glass neon. Made PVC & acrylic, cased in flex rubber tubing & powered by LED lights.
All of our signs come with small pre-drilled holes in the top of the acrylic backing to make hanging the sign easy. Depending on what you are hanging the sign on we recommend the following:
– Fishing line if hanging from an arbor or stand. Just make sure you tie in multiple knots. This option works great for photos.
– Small nails if hanging on a wall & is somewhere that allows nails.
– Command strips if it is a flat & smooth surface.
– Zip ties if the sign is being attached to a grid backdrop.
